We’re Kelly and Jennifer Carlson, the husband-and-wife team behind New Day Exteriors. After more than 25 years in the home improvement industry, Kelly’s dream of building a business rooted in faith, integrity, and family came true in 2023—and New Day Exteriors was born.

 

We’ve lived in Rockwall, Texas, for over a decade and love calling it home. In our free time, we enjoy hiking, playing disc golf, and discovering new restaurants together. We’re proud parents and grandparents, currently blessed with two sweet grandchildren—and one more on the way! Family is everything to us, and that shows in how we run our business.

 

Kelly brings decades of industry experience from working with some of the top home improvement companies across Texas. But what truly sets him apart is his heart for people. He genuinely loves educating homeowners, helping them understand their options so they can make confident, informed decisions—without pressure or gimmicks.
